2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is prohibited. Multiple accounts operated from the same IP address, device, bank account, or mobile banking number may be identified as duplicate accounts.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

pc777 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Any one of the following documents may be requested for verification:

  • National Identity Card (NID)
  • Passport
  • Driving Licence
  • Proof of mobile banking account ownership

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. Failure to verify may result in account closure.

2.4 Account Security

3. Age Restriction

The pc777 platform is for individuals aged 21 or above only. Account registration or gaming by minors is strictly prohibited.

Warning: If evidence is found that a member is under 21 years of age, their account will be closed immediately and any winnings earned may be forfeited. Assisting a minor in opening an account is a serious violation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method. The maximum deposit limit depends on the account tier and verification status.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits & Timeframes

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on bank working hours.

Note: Withdrawals can only be made using the same method and to the same account used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.4 Transaction Verification

pc777 reserves the right to verify any deposit or withdrawal request. Additional information may be requested for suspicious transactions, and processing may be temporarily suspended.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

Example: Depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳8,000 or more gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not deposit + bonus).

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn after placing ৳15,000 in bets.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Separate terms may apply for each promotional offer.
  • A bonus can be received only once and on one account only.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings earned using a bonus.
  • If any bonus is misused or an attempt is made to claim it fraudulently, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
  • pc777 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.

5.4 VIP Program

Regular members have the opportunity to participate in our VIP program. There are four tiers:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
  • Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
  • Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement depends on your activity, and pc777 retains full authority to determine VIP tier status.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a game session, the result will be determined based on the last confirmed state saved in the system. pc777 is not liable for any loss caused by technical errors.

Engaging in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

  • Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
  • Bonus abuse using multiple accounts
  • Hacking, using malware, or unauthorised software
  • Colluding with other members
  • Exploiting any vulnerability or glitch in the platform
  • Operating an account on behalf of a third party
Legal Action: In the case of the above activities, pc777 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities and take legal action if necessary.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by pc777

pc777 may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Failure to complete identity verification
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Bonus abuse
  • If it is proven that the member is under 21 years of age

8.2 Closure by Member
